Experience/biography

Adrian's training was with the National Council for Training of Journalists at Harlow College, Essex. His first piece was for the Society section of the Guardian in 1993. Adrian freelanced for the Teletext finance desk then the Money section of the Observer. He also worked for Channel 4's A Place in the Sun.

He's written for Confused.com, USwitch/Money and MoneySuperMarket plus many business titles. He has also had stretches of commercial copywriting, from Linklaters to VW and Reader's Digest.

Outside work his interests include jazz piano, soil health and ferns.
